A custom promotional bag is an effective, durable, and mobile communication tool. Reusable, visible daily, and often designed with eco-friendly materials, it enhances brand image while spreading the logo to a wide audience. It is a strategic choice for your marketing campaigns.

The custom bag, whether made of cotton, polyester, jute, RPET, or non-woven polypropylene, is a textile medium where each component – material, stitching, handle, format, weight – determines the final use as much as the perceived quality. Unlike a simple carrying accessory, it functions as a flexible structure with precise tension points, starting with the base, the corners, and the handle attachments. The weight, often ranging from 80 to 310 g/m² depending on the fabric and desired stiffness, influences both the load resistance and the compatibility with marking techniques. A bag that is too light crumples, tears, deforms; a bag that is too thick can pose problems for certain prints, especially in direct screen printing. The handles, sewn flat or cross-stitched, generally measure between 30 and 70 cm: long for shoulder carrying, short for hand holding, sometimes with reinforced or double-layered finishing.
The format is standardized (38 x 42 cm for standard tote bags), but many variations exist with gussets, drawstring closures, inner pockets, or inserted rigid bottoms. The marking, whether in four-color transfer, 1 to 3 color screen printing, or embroidery on premium versions, depends on the fiber and weave: carded cotton absorbs more ink, non-woven polypropylene requires more covering ink, while tightly woven RPET accepts sublimation by heat press. The ink, on the surface, must resist washing, folding, rubbing, and should not stick between two areas of the bag once folded. In its promotional version, the bag is never perceived as just packaging: it is kept, folded, stored, and reused in various contexts. Its effectiveness depends on concrete details: corner stitching, inner lining, handle width, bottom rigidity, weave regularity. A centered visual, too low, will be hidden as soon as the bag fills up; a logo misaligned with the stitching betrays sloppy production.

The smell of the fabric, the touch, and the sound when handled contribute to the product's image. A successful custom bag is not thrown away. It circulates.
