The personalized shoe bag is designed for a specific use: carrying a pair of sports, city, or safety shoes without dirtying the rest of the contents of the main bag, while ensuring good ventilation and suitable mechanical resistance. The marking is done by screen printing, heat transfer, or embroidery, usually on the front side, with a useful area averaging 120 × 80 mm, depending on the bag's format and the presence or absence of an exterior pocket. The textile used is most often polyester 210D or 600D for durable models, sometimes ripstop nylon or cotton canvas for higher quality finishes. The base is reinforced with a double layer or a rigid insert (PP or PE foam) to maintain shape and prevent sagging. The main compartment is accessible via a double-slider zipper closure, with reinforced zipper (No. 5 to No. 8) and sewn, riveted, or heat-sealed textile handle. Dimensions range from 30 × 18 × 14 cm for small models to 38 × 24 × 18 cm to accommodate sizes up to 47. Some bags feature a side mesh insert or metal eyelets to promote ventilation and limit residual moisture. The advertising marking should be done flat, before assembly or hot after manufacture, on a flat and non-textured surface. Coated polyester canvas bags require light priming to ensure the marking adheres without deformation when heated. A side handle or top strap is generally sewn at 2 to 4 points to withstand a pull of 10 to 15 kg. The fabric's weight, between 140 and 300 g/m² depending on the models, determines its durability and its ability to absorb moisture or dust without transferring to other personal effects. The inner lining is often made of smooth polyester or mesh netting, sewn flat or suspended, allowing for quick cleaning after intensive use. Higher-end models may include a zippered inner pocket for socks or insoles, or an inner fabric divider to prevent friction between the two shoes. The shoe bag should be able to stand upright when full, compress when empty, and fit easily into a sports bag or locker. The marking must resist frequent friction, moisture, and repeated transport cycles. Seams should be neat, without loose threads, with a reinforcement stitch at the ends of the zipper and at the base of the handle. A poorly designed bag is quickly noticed: zipper that sticks, base that deforms, fabric that punctures under the pressure of soles, or eyelets that rust. A good shoe bag, however, remains functional after dozens of uses, retains its shape, effectively protects the rest of the belongings, and displays a well-positioned, readable, smudge-free, and crack-free personalized logo.
