Comment : Hello, the BIC pens are very good. My dissatisfaction is with the personalization logo: I supplied a black logo and it is printed in white, a color that is almost invisible on the yellow. I didn't understand the print order, which actually showed it in white. I thought it was showing the location. Nevertheless, the salesman made a gesture which I appreciate. I'll be more attentive next time.

I had to dust them before giving them away. I don't know if it's the material that attracts the dust or if it's the packaging and delivery conditions that cause it, but I find it annoying.
