Is it possible to order quantities lower than the minima indicated on the site?
- For all products related to special manufacturing, this is not possible because the minima correspond to those of our factories and to industrial profitability criteria.- For products in stock, requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The rule is that it is not possible. Exceptions: either you are a loyal customer, or your sales representative is in a very good mood.
Is it possible to order your items without customization?

All orders are subject to an outstanding request from our credit department via ATRADIUS (N°2 worldwide in Credit Insurance). If your company is refused, VEGEA asks you for payment at the time of the order because, in case of non-payment, we have no recourse. The reasons for an Atradius refusal are multiple: unpublished accounts, payment incidents, poor financial health, sector impacted by the economic situation.What are your delivery times?
They vary according to the origin of the products (in stock in Europe or in special manufacture) and their nature (with or without marking).For products in stock in Europe, unmarked times vary between 48 hours and 10 days and between two and five weeks with marking.
For products in special manufacture, the deadlines with marking vary between 5 weeks (European or Asian manufacture with air transport) and 3-4 months (Asian tailor-made manufacture with sea transport).
