Its standard rectangular format (generally 23 x 19 cm or 24 x 20 cm) can be adapted into round, square, or custom-cut shapes to fit the graphic constraints or visual identity of the brand. The thickness varies from 2 to 5 mm: thinner for a flexible version that easily slips into an envelope or welcome kit, thicker for enhanced stability and increased comfort. The marking is done in high-definition four-color sublimation, which allows for very fine reproduction of visuals, photos, complex logos, gradients, or solid colors, without any loss of sharpness or alteration over time. Thanks to this technique, the colors remain vibrant, the finish is uniform, and the surface maintains excellent responsiveness to mouse contact without creating any unwanted friction. Some models include a non-slip base, a tone-on-tone stitched edge to reinforce the durability of the edges, or a natural cork surface for a more authentic look. There are also technical versions: mouse pads with ergonomic gel wrist rests, certified antibacterial surfaces, or matte finishes for mixed use with a graphic stylus. Very lightweight (between 50 and 120 g depending on the models), easily shippable, and immediately useful upon receipt, the promotional mouse pad naturally finds its place on the desk, in the workspace, and remains in a fixed position, thus offering permanent visibility to the brand, visible with each use, without wear or rejection.
