The viscosity of the gel, measured in centipoises, should allow for a smooth flow without excess or drips, while offering a non-sticky feel after drying — it's a subtle balance, as a gel that's too liquid gives the impression of a cheap product, whereas a gel that's too thick hinders even application. The fragrance, often neutral or aloe vera-based, should dissipate quickly without leaving a greasy residue or lingering odor. The container varies: 50 or 100 ml PET bottle with flip-top or pump cap, flexible PE tube, or even spray bottle for liquid versions.
