The custom trophy is a rigid distinction object, delivered ready to display, designed for an official presentation, a ceremony, or internal recognition, with a surface optimized for a clear, readable, durable marking, often on glass, metal, acrylic, or wood. The format varies from 12 to 30 cm in height depending on the shape: block, column, flame, pyramid, disc, or plaque mounted on a base. The marking is done by laser engraving, sandblasting, UV quadri printing, or hot stamping, depending on the material. On glass (clear, optical, or frosted), the engraving is matte white, inserted on the surface or in volume (3D laser engraving), on a flat area from 80 × 100 mm to 120 × 160 mm. On acrylic, lighter but very transparent, direct UV printing allows for colorful results with precise gradients or flats. On metal (anodized aluminum or brushed stainless steel), the marking is done by chemical or laser engraving, with high contrast, especially on a black or silver background. On wood (oak, beech, bamboo), the engraving is browned, slightly hollowed out, with a rustic or eco-premium finish depending on the surface treatment. The base is integrated or added, in glass, wood, or metal, often glued with transparent UV adhesive or screwed with invisible fixing. The whole must be stable, without play between the base and the body. The thickness of glass or acrylic trophies varies between 10 and 25 mm, with polished edges, beveled, rounded, or straight according to the cut. The packaging is done individually, in a rigid foam box or cardboard support, with or without printed sleeve depending on the range. The weights vary from 300 g (thin acrylic) to over 3 kg (solid glass). The marking must remain clear, centered, without pixelation, without axis shift, or parasitic reflections. Readability is checked at a minimum distance of 1 meter. The visual provided for engraving or printing must be vectorized, monochrome for engraving, or high resolution (300 dpi min) for printing. A bad trophy is identified by irregular edges, off-center engraving, bubbles in the base's glue, or a blurred visual. A good trophy, on the other hand, presents a clear rendering, clean finish, perfectly aligned marking within the visual axis, and perfect support hold in the presentation case.
