The personalized bracelet is a textile, silicone, or rigid accessory designed for daily or event wear on the wrist, crafted to combine lightness, readability, and durability of the marking under varying conditions of use. Textile bracelets are mainly made of woven polyester, satin, or sublimation-printed fabric, with standard dimensions of 350 × 15 mm, sometimes 300 × 10 mm for more discreet formats. Marking on textile is done by jacquard weaving for a durable finish, limited to 4 to 6 colors, or quadri sublimation for printing along the entire length, with complex visuals or gradients. The bracelet ends are usually heat-sealed to prevent fraying, and the usable customization area is between 270 and 320 mm long, excluding the technical margin needed for the closure system. This can be a self-locking plastic bead, an adjustable sliding clip, a snap button, or a cold-pressed aluminum sleeve for one-way use (tamper-proof bracelet). The silicone bracelet, injection molded to custom specifications, is made from hypoallergenic silicone with Shore A density of 50 to 60, REACH compliant, without latex or phthalates. The standard adult length is 202 mm, with a width of 12 mm and a thickness of 2 mm, but variants exist for children (180 mm) or wide formats (up to 25 mm). Marking is done in recess (laser engraving or mold marking), in relief (inlay of raised letters), or with screen-printed ink on the surface (less durable but more economical). The customizable area measures between 60 and 80 mm in a straight line on the outer face of the bracelet. Versions with fluorescent, phosphorescent, or thermochromic inks are available on request, subject to compatibility with the inks used. Rigid bracelets (ABS, anodized aluminum, stainless steel) are customizable by laser engraving, pad printing, or direct UV printing, on a surface of 40 to 75 mm, usually centered on the bangle. Their inner diameter ranges from 60 to 68 mm for standard sizes, with a band width of 5 to 15 mm. Aluminum bangles can be open (C shape) to fit the wrist size, but require scratch-resistant treatment on the marking area to ensure readability. Some bracelets integrating RFID chip (HF or NFC), QR code, or barcode use a central casing or a pellet injected into the mass, without impacting the print if positioned on the periphery. RFID textile versions are generally delivered with a chip sewn into a central label, around which the marking is done. The quality test includes abrasion resistance (500 simulated cycles), water resistance (prolonged immersion), elasticity (for stretchable models), and UV color stability. Standard packaging is in a bag grouped by 100 or 500 units, or individually for premium models, with a customizable label on request. A poorly designed bracelet shows visible or immediate flaws: rapid logo fading, attachment too loose or too rigid, silicone whitening at the fold, textile pilling or unraveling. A good bracelet remains flexible, regular, comfortable, and offers a clear, readable, well-positioned marking, resistant to mechanical and thermal stresses of real use.
