Screen cleaner with personalization

The custom screen cleaner is an accessory dedicated to the maintenance of touch or glass surfaces of electronic devices – laptops, smartphones, tablets – designed to remove dust, fingerprints, micro-grease, and dry residues without scratching or altering anti-reflective or oleophobic coatings. It comes in several forms: simple microfiber wipe, integrated spray with textile covering, foam pad with rigid base, thin adhesive card, or cleaning roll. Each version offers a customization area adapted to its geometry and function, generally between 20 × 20 mm for mini formats and 60 × 40 mm for rigid block models. The textile used is a dense microfiber (typically 220 to 300 g/m²) with a tight loop structure or short velvet, fixed by sewing, thermal bonding, or permanent gluing on a PVC, polycarbonate, or aluminum support.

The integrated spray models consist of a refillable PET or ABS bottle (usually 10 to 15 ml of cleaning solution based on water and low concentration isopropyl alcohol), covered with a microfiber fabric sewn on the outer face, allowing both spraying and wiping of the surface. Marking is done by screen printing or UV printing on the lower part of the bottle or on the side cap, with a surface of 30 to 50 mm depending on the curvature of the body. Classic microfiber wipes are printed in four-color sublimation over the entire surface (100 × 100 mm or 150 × 180 mm), with a sewn hem or ultrasonically cut edge. The rigid versions in foam pad or brush have an active surface on one side (textile or dense foam), the other side being personalized by pad printing, laser engraving (for metal bodies) or adhesive label laminated and overlaid.

Cleaning is mechanical (by gentle rubbing) or combined (spray + wiping), without the need for aggressive solvents. The quality test includes wear resistance (300 cycles of dry rubbing), marking stability (no ink transfer or detachment), compatibility of the fabric with modern screen coatings (no scratches or dulling), and the ability to remove fingerprints on a black screen after 2 to 3 passes. Some models include a clip for USB port or a repositionable adhesive area allowing the cleaner to be attached to the device's case. Packaging is individual, in a transparent pouch with or without instructions, or in a printed cardboard case with a window.

A poorly designed cleaner often features a microfiber that is too thin or fluffy, poorly centered marking, a cleaning solution that leaves traces, or a support that detaches after use. A good custom screen cleaner remains stable, clean, soft to the touch, reusable without visible degradation, effective on all types of screens, and features a clear, durable, well-positioned marking, perfectly integrated into the product's geometry without hindering grip or the effectiveness of the action.
