The customized cooler is a rigid or flexible insulated container designed for the transportation of perishable goods or beverages, intended to maintain a stable internal temperature over an extended period thanks to reinforced wall insulation and a hermetically sealed volume. The body is made from injected polypropylene, 600D polyester, or PVC-coated canvas, with insulation from polyethylene foam (PE), EPE foam, injected PU, or expanded foam depending on the model. Standard sizes range from 6 to 30 liters for portable models, up to 50 liters for wheeled coolers. Flexible models (cooler bags) generally measure between 25 × 20 × 20 cm and 40 × 30 × 25 cm, with a usable volume of 8 to 25 liters, while rigid coolers have a double-walled molded structure with a hinged or clipped lid. Advertising marking is done on the front face or lid, in four-color transfer, screen printing, or direct UV printing, with an exploitable surface of 120 × 80 mm to 200 × 150 mm depending on the model's geometry. The exterior textile of flexible versions is made of 600D polyester or RPET, sometimes in coated cotton or PVC tarpaulin for waterproof versions. The interior is lined with a PEVA film, food-grade aluminum, or thermo-welded PVC, ensuring waterproofing and ease of cleaning. Closures are reinforced zips or clips for rigid models, with molded side handles, adjustable straps, or shoulder straps for carrying. Some models integrate a compartment for cold accumulators, non-insulated exterior pockets, or a double-opening lid. The empty weight varies from 600 g to 4 kg depending on the material, capacity, and structure. The standard thermal test (with accumulator) measures the internal temperature loss per hour at 20 °C ambient, generally <1.5 °C/h for good flexible models, <1 °C/h for rigid models. The marking must withstand friction, internal/external condensation, UV rays, and prolonged humidity. The exterior stitching is reinforced with double stitching or bias binding, and the handles are tested to a minimum traction of 10 kg for 30 seconds. Packaging is done in single or grouped cardboard, flat for bags, assembled for rigid coolers. A poor product shows defects from the first uses: walls that deform, seams that give way, zips that stick, inner film that peels off, or personalization that fades. A good cooler retains its volume and insulating properties even after several transport cycles, remains stable when set down, easy to clean, and features well-centered, contrasted, sharp marking perfectly adapted to the product's geometry.
