The custom inflatable arch is an impressive event support, designed to visually structure a passage point, mark a start or finish, or serve as a strong landmark during an outdoor gathering. Its most common shape is an inverted U, with two vertical legs and a horizontal crossbar, but it can also take on curved, rounded, or rectangular profiles, depending on the desired design. Made from polyester fabric coated with PVC or PVC 320 to 420 g/m² depending on the range, the arch is designed to withstand internal air pressure, temperature variations, ground friction, and water splashes. It can be permanently inflated—continuously powered by an electric motor blowing air—or air-captive, sealed after inflation, ideal for events without on-site power supply. The anchoring system is crucial: straps, stakes, ballast bags, floor plates depending on the surface and weather. Its size can vary from 3 to over 10 meters wide, depending on the space and expected flow. Every seam is welded or reinforced, every end must withstand asymmetrical tensions in case of wind. It comes with its blower, storage cover, fixing kit, and sometimes a fire reaction certificate (M2 standard) for indoor use. Options can be added: internal LED lighting, integrated passage counters, timers, or even speakers attached to the uprights. Unlike other more static advertising structures, the arch inflates in a few minutes, comes to life, and immediately attracts attention. Its presence leaves a lasting impression on a place, whether it is a race, a trade show, a launch, or a company day.
