The stem is compatible with devices running iOS 5.0 or higher, and Android OS 4.0 or higher (most models)
PLEASE NOTE:
The button release function on the stem is not compatible with all Android-based phones on the market.
If the photo-taking function is not active, you need to:
1. Check the default photo application settings to see if the volume key function can be selected (depending on the software). If so - select the option "snapshot" or "shutter" (depending on software).
2. If the application does not offer the settings mentioned in point 1, download a free Selfishop Camera application from the Play e-shop, which will enable you to use the photo-taking function using the button
