The custom windbreaker is a lightweight technical garment designed to protect against wind and light rain while maximizing the visibility of a logo on a functional, flexible, and exposed textile surface. Made from water-repellent polyester (210T or 240T), sometimes nylon or recycled material (RPET), it is characterized by low density — between 60 and 100 g/m² — to remain compact, easily foldable, and comfortable in movement. The cut can be straight, fitted, or unisex, with or without an integrated hood (often concealable in the collar), full or quarter zip, and sometimes drawstrings at the waist or sleeve ends to improve wind resistance. The marking surface, smooth and stable, is generally located on the chest (left or right), on the back between the shoulder blades, or on the sleeve, with a compact, centered, and contrasting visual. Marking is done by screen printing transfer, digital printing, or embroidery on premium models, with an adapted temperature and pressure constraint to avoid altering the fabric's water-repellent treatment. Some promotional windbreakers can be fully folded into an integrated pocket or sewn storage bag, thus becoming a portable and easy-to-distribute product. The finishes — reinforced seams, reverse zipper, ventilation eyelets under the arms, inner mesh — play a direct role in the perception of quality. The choice of base color strongly influences the marking contrast, which must remain readable even in low light or when wet. Lightweight, useful, visible outdoors, easy to put on and carry, the custom windbreaker becomes a dynamic brand vector, associated with mobility, immediate protection, and recurrent urban or event use. Well-designed, it embodies a discreet yet active textile presence, always within reach, serving visibility without constraint.
