Everything was fine, I just wish I had been informed that the suitcases were going to be delivered packed individually (as this generated additional handling time, it was not serious at all but we would have preferred to be able to anticipate it!). Finally, paying the entire order without having seen a sample and being refused a deposit, given the large structure in which we work, was quite unpleasant and required additional paperwork.
