We are very satisfied with the products we ordered, which were in accordance with our requests. The exchanges were also fluid and we appreciated your availability. On the other hand, there were some misunderstandings regarding our request (which were solved but it took more time, especially regarding the marking of the bottles) and big delays on the delivery of the necklaces, for which we were not well informed, which is problematic and could have been damaging for our business. We are nevertheless satisfied with the whole and appreciate the quality/price ratio and service.
