Please read the order forms carefully. The delivery address indicated was not taken into account and we received the 5 boxes at the company reception desk, instead of at the store. An important point! We ordered notepads with post its and bookmarks. It was not specified that they would be individually wrapped in plastic. This is unnecessary and bad for the environment. You should tell your supplier to do away with this unnecessary packaging.

The transmitted template is not very clear and has, for us at least, led to confusion. While the format transmitted was taken to be that of the finished product Finished component size, it was in fact the format of the entire material needed to shape the product as a whole, much of which is invisible once the product is finished. So as far as we are concerned, the marking is far too big for the cover format, whereas we had thought it would be smaller with quite large turning margins. Too bad, the rendering is not as elegant as we would have liked ... A template only useful for the design and in French to see all the subtleties could have prevented us from this disappointment. The product itself is nevertheless of quality.
