We are a little disappointed with the quality of the printing (sharpness of texts and images). The 1st proof did not correspond to our mock-up (colour change made by the service provider without our agreement, to improve the printing). We had to rework our mock-up afterwards (increase in font size for example). We had already made post-it blocks at another service provider and had not had this type of problem. I think it must be due to the printing technique. The relationship with the sales team was also pleasant.
