Promotional and custom T-shirt

A custom t-shirt is defined by its cut (straight, fitted, unisex, or specific to men/women), its fabric weight, and its printing method. Combed cotton (150 to 190 g/m²) is preferred for its softness and durability, while GOTS-certified organic cotton and technical polyester (120 to 160 g/m²) meet the respective needs of environmental sustainability and breathability. Seams are generally double-stitched to reinforce vulnerable areas such as the sleeves and hem, and the collar may be made of elastane ribbing to maintain its shape after washing. Custom printing is available in several techniques: screen printing for crisp, durable solid colors, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for multi-colored designs, DTF or flex transfer for small runs, and embroidery for a high-end finish. Sizes follow a standard grading system (XS to XXL, or even 3XL and larger depending on the model), with dimensional tolerances of ±2 cm. The weight of a t-shirt varies between 120 and 220 g depending on the fabric weight and size, a key factor in comfort and durability. The most common advertising area remains the chest (up to 30 x 30 cm), but printing can also be placed on the back, sleeves, or even inside the collar for a discreet design. Every detail, from the choice of yarn to the hem finish, influences the durability and final appearance of the garment.

Customized Classic T-Shirts
Made from 100% combed cotton or a cotton/polyester blend (150 to 190 g/m²), with a straight cut and a 1x1 elastane rib knit crew neck. Sizes range from S to 3XL, with an average weight of 150 to 180 g for size L. Branding is done by screen printing, transfer, or digital printing (280 × 350 mm area on the front/back).

Custom Breathable Sports T-Shirts
Made from 140 to 160 g/m² microfiber polyester with a moisture-wicking treatment, flat seams, and sometimes mesh inserts for ventilation. Weight 120 to 150 g. Branding by full-length sublimation or transfer (280 × 350 mm area).

Custom Organic Cotton T-Shirts
