A custom t-shirt is defined by its cut (straight, fitted, unisex, or specific to men/women), its fabric weight, and its printing method. Combed cotton (150 to 190 g/m²) is preferred for its softness and durability, while GOTS-certified organic cotton and technical polyester (120 to 160 g/m²) meet the respective needs of environmental sustainability and breathability. Seams are generally double-stitched to reinforce vulnerable areas such as the sleeves and hem, and the collar may be made of elastane ribbing to maintain its shape after washing. Custom printing is available in several techniques: screen printing for crisp, durable solid colors, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for multi-colored designs, DTF or flex transfer for small runs, and embroidery for a high-end finish. Sizes follow a standard grading system (XS to XXL, or even 3XL and larger depending on the model), with dimensional tolerances of ±2 cm. The weight of a t-shirt varies between 120 and 220 g depending on the fabric weight and size, a key factor in comfort and durability. The most common advertising area remains the chest (up to 30 x 30 cm), but printing can also be placed on the back, sleeves, or even inside the collar for a discreet design. Every detail, from the choice of yarn to the hem finish, influences the durability and final appearance of the garment.
Customized Classic T-Shirts
Made from 100% combed cotton or a cotton/polyester blend (150 to 190 g/m²), with a straight cut and a 1x1 elastane rib knit crew neck. Sizes range from S to 3XL, with an average weight of 150 to 180 g for size L. Branding is done by screen printing, transfer, or digital printing (280 × 350 mm area on the front/back).
Custom Breathable Sports T-Shirts
Made from 140 to 160 g/m² microfiber polyester with a moisture-wicking treatment, flat seams, and sometimes mesh inserts for ventilation. Weight 120 to 150 g. Branding by full-length sublimation or transfer (280 × 350 mm area).
Custom Organic Cotton T-Shirts
Made from GOTS or OCS certified organic cotton, 150 to 180 g/m². Unisex or fitted cut, soft feel thanks to combed cotton. Eco-friendly branding by screen printing with water-based inks, eco-friendly transfer, or embroidery.
Custom Breton striped shirts
Woven from heavyweight 200-240 g/m² cotton jersey, with 10-20 mm horizontal stripes, available in long or short sleeves. Sizes XS to XXL. Discreet logo printing via chest embroidery (80 x 50 mm area) or heat transfer on the sleeve.
Custom V-neck T-shirts
Made from 100% cotton or cotton/elastane blend (160-180 g/m²), with a V-neck reinforced by a neck tape. Weight 160-200 g in size L. Logo printing via screen printing or heat transfer on the chest and back.
Custom children's T-shirts
Made from 150-160 g/m² combed cotton, sizes 2-14 years, with reinforced shoulder and neck seams. Average weight 80-120 g. Logo printing via screen printing or heat transfer (200 x 250 mm area).
Personalized Baby T-Shirts and Bodysuits
Made of combed or organic cotton (150-170 g/m²), sizes 3-24 months, with snap closures at the shoulder or crotch. Prints can be made using full-color transfer or embroidery (80 x 60 mm area).
Personalized Long-Sleeved T-Shirts
Made of cotton jersey (160-180 g/m²) or breathable polyester for a sporty version. Average length 70 cm in size L. Prints can be made using screen printing, transfer, or embroidery on the chest/back.
Personalized Work T-Shirts
Made of cotton/polyester blend (180-220 g/m²) for added durability, with reinforced seams and anti-shrink treatment. Sizes S-4XL. Prints can be made using embroidery or screen printing (120 x 80 mm chest area, 280 x 350 mm back area).
Custom Tank Tops
Made of 150-160 g/m² cotton jersey, with a sporty or fitted cut and 2-3 cm wide straps. Weight: 120-160 g. Screen printing or heat transfer printing on the front and back.
Custom Women's T-Shirts
Specifically tailored with a fitted cut, shorter sleeves, and a wider neckline. Made of 150-160 g/m² cotton or a cotton/elastane blend. Printing on the chest (120 x 80 mm) or back (250 x 200 mm).
Custom Compressed T-Shirts
Made of 150 g/m² cotton, folded and pressed into specific shapes (heart, square, logo, object). Standard adult size, weight: 150-180 g. Screen printing or heat transfer printing on the fabric once unfolded, and a cardboard label on the packaging.
